Shipping policy

At The Calder Atelier, we offer free shipping on every order — no minimums, no exceptions.

Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before being handed off to our carrier. During peak periods or high-demand launches, processing may take slightly longer. We ship on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has entered processing, we are unable to make changes, including address updates. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates only — specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays, and delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance, severe weather, or other conditions outside our control.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. Tracking information may take a few business days to update after dispatch. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking shows no updates, please reach out and we'll look into it.

Duties & Customs

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The Calder Atelier is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We begin processing orders immediately and cannot redirect or retrieve a shipment once it has left our facility.
