Our Promise to You

We want you to love your Calder Atelier pieces. If for any reason you don't, we'll make it right.

14-Day Returns

Return any unworn, undamaged item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@thecalderatelier.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, if your order has already been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

What We Can't Accept

Returns on items that have been worn, altered, or returned without original packaging cannot be processed.
