Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's what to do:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- To start a return, email us at support@thecalderatelier.com with your order number
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
